Gary’s Loft is uniquely suited to accommodate a wide variety of events & gatherings. Over the years we’ve hosted brand activations & marketing events, fashion shows & ticketed performances, product showrooms, corporate retreats, fundraisers, and everything in between. Our three interior floors and outdoor Roof Deck provide our clients with a robust range of options for arranging and designing their event however they like.

Corporate & marketing event details.

Capacity: Penthouse: 150 · 11th Floor: 150 · Penthouse + 11th: 250 · 10th Floor: 75 · Roof Deck: 150
Furnishings: Each floor comes fully furnished. Our staff can rearrange the furniture that comes with your floor however you like ahead of time, or store it in a designated back-of-house area.
Decor & Design: You are welcome to transform the space however you like, as long as it can be fully restored by the end of your booking. Pipe & drape available; basic folding chairs, tables, clothing racks & hangers included. Open-flame candles permitted with responsible placement.
Outside Rentals: No restrictions on which rental companies you can work with. Recommendations available on request.
Catering & Food Prep: Work with any catering company you like — no exclusive companies. Fully functional prep kitchens on the 11th & 10th Floors. Every floor has a full fridge & freezer, sinks, dishwashers, and plenty of counterspace.
Alcohol: Alcohol permitted. No in-house bar services, but we can recommend companies who have worked here before.
Music & A/V: Sonos speakers on each floor. Two-speaker PA system with mixer and two microphones included. Outside A/V and DJ equipment welcome. Dance floor available on request.
Amenities & Restrooms: Multiple restrooms per floor (ADA accessible). Passenger & freight elevators to all floors including the Roof. Laundry machines on site. At least one Gary’s Loft staff member on site during your event. Building doorman available in the lobby to greet guests.
Hours: Schedule your event any time you like, 24/7, 365 days a year.
