- Furnishings, Decor & Design
- Each floor comes fully furnished and propped. Productions are welcome to rearrange or store the furniture that comes with their booked floor. Painting walls, hanging mounts & hooks, and modifying the space are typically fine as long as your team can repair any damage by the end of the booking. We’re happy to accommodate tech scouts and site visits.
- Loading In & Out
- Dedicated freight elevator, available at all times for load-in and load-out of EQ, sets, props, wardrobe, and catering. Dimensions and instructions provided once you book.
- Equipment
- We don’t carry EQ in house to rent, but you’re welcome to rent from any outside EQ house or bring your own. No restrictions on which companies you can work with; recommendations available.
- Power
- All floors have plenty of regular 20-amp outlets, free to use. Two 200-amp tie-ins with cam locks available for productions needing extra power (additional fee — production supplies distro and cabling).
- Catering & Food Prep
- Work with any catering company. Fully functional prep kitchens on the 11th & 10th Floors. Every floor has a full fridge & freezer, sinks, dishwashers, and plenty of counterspace.
- Amenities & Restrooms
- Multiple restrooms per floor (ADA accessible). Passenger & freight elevators to all floors including the Roof. Laundry machines on site. At least one Gary’s Loft staff member on site during your shoot. Building doorman on weekdays during regular business hours (available early morning or after hours for a small fee).
